Alexis Burr Art

As a self-taught painter and illustrator, Alexis uses art as a tool of personal exploration and evolution. She sees creating art as an opportunity to steward her gifts and her creative practice as a “purpose project”. She draws her inspiration from the many lessons she is learning in her journey through Black womanhood and the varied experiences of the women in her community. She also draws with a focus on creating in vulnerability, Alexis Burr Art is a safe space for those seeking to see their full humanity through paintings, illustrations and more.
