Arkival Storehouse

Arkival Storehouse is a black woman-owned vintage shop born from a passion for fashion and a deep appreciation for history and research. Arkival is a destination for fashion lovers wanting to find unique, curated pieces with an important story to tell. Drawing inspiration from the intricate relationship between African Americans and the Fashion Industry, our owner, Jocelyn has been able to create and curate collections inspired by untold stories and archival photos of black women throughout history! This passion and care allowed Jocelyn to be featured on Chicago’s NBC 5 News Responds segment in August 2023. Arkival is and has been an ever-evolving project. In 2025, we are now looking to grow towards creating in-person experiences to help people connect even further with the stories of pieces they are giving homes to!
