Braimah Tayo Lawal is a Chicago-born, Nigerian-American painter who seeks to live his truth through art. The meaningful expressions of his experiences across the globe not only capture his multi-cultural life, but also delivers a deep insight to what it means to be a human being. Currently, Braimah is taking interest in understanding and reflecting the experiences of Africans, African-Americans, and other diaspora cultures in the Western world.
