Miki’s Cookies is a bakery that takes inspiration from a classic, old-fashioned approach to making various versions of cookies. Founded in 2024 by Robbie Payne, the brand’s roots began to form during 2020 when Robbie started to dial in on a cookie recipe given to him by his aunt, Miki! After years of testing, Miki’s Cookies has made waves in the Chicago market, and now is available on a monthly drop basis and can be found at select markets!
