Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health is a traveling support group and our mission is to Normalize Therapy in Chicago and nationally. We're pushing to change culture and community by meeting the needs of the people. Working with licensed therapists and mental health specialists to provide safe spaces and sustainable programs to further the mental health conversation. We seek to help erase the stigma by providing a platform for people to share their story. This work takes a great deal of patience and work.
